1. License Grant & Device Limit: Non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license for one (1) designated device per purchased license key. Zero recurring monthly software usage fees.
2. No-Refund Policy ("All Sales Are Final"): Due to immediate digital delivery and software distribution, all sales are final. Unconditional no-refund policy.
3. Platform Fees & Mandatory Validation Key: To qualify for the standard commercial transaction rate of 2.9%, the user must activate an authorized License Key. Operating without an authorized key constitutes unvalidated use subject to a 20% platform enforcement fee on daily sales processing.
4. DRM & Enforcement: Operating unvalidated software activates automated 20% platform enforcement deductions at daily close as agreed liquidated damages.
5. Payment Processing: Operates strictly under AMC AutoPOS brand infrastructure using integrated gateways.
6. Limitation of Liability: AMC inNOVAtions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from software use.
